MCAS Family Portal

The MCAS Family Portal (link below) is a Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) portal to release student MCAS test results.

Parents/guardians create an account in the portal and link it to their student using their student's date of birth, and registration code.

Registration code

• If your child has taken the MCAS, you should have email from Westborough Public Schools with the subject MCAS Family Portal with the registration code for that student. Typically, the test is administered in the spring, and results are released (and email sent) early the next school year. For the test administration in the spring of 2026, the email with registration codes was sent in September of 2026.
   
• If you cannot find the code, please call the front office of your student's school.
   
• Not all students have taken the MCAS. 3rd grade is the first year for the MCAS test. If your student is coming from another state or a private school, it is likely they have never taken the MCAS, and therefore do not yet have a registration code.
