Moving within Westborough

If you have had a change of address within Westborough, please scan the following paperwork to latraversed@westboroughk12.org and include the names of all students whose address needs to be updated.

Purchase of New Home: Tax bill/Mortgage statement OR executed purchase and sales agreement with closing date, address and signatures

New Rental: Lease agreement signed by Tenant(s), Landlord/Leasing Office or Property owner

Note:Paperwork with P.O. boxes will not be accepted except for documented court related reasons.
