Welcome to the Westborough Public Schools

 Boch

Dear Westborough Community,

The weather has turned toward spring and it is just wonderful to find daylight lasting longer and mornings feeling brighter as well.  It is hard to believe that it is already April. Our schools continue to be exceptionally busy with academics humming along and clubs, sports, field trips and concerts filling our calendars.

Having successfully approved our budget at the Annual Town Meeting, we are now focused on a strong close to the school year. There is a tremendous amount of learning to accomplish from now until the end of the school year, and faculty and families working together remains paramount to the success of every child.

Effective communication fosters collaboration, and communication that works for everyone continues to be an ongoing process for the Westborough community and for the schools.  Toward that goal, the town has started a quarterly newsletter to build stronger information networks across the community. Here is the first edition: “What’s New Westborough?.” From the district level we are moving forward with plans for a newly updated website as well as changes to our district wide communications tools.  Together, these updates along with more video content (like our budget presentation) from the district level, partnered with updates from the schools will provide more ways to connect.

We look forward to growing our communication connections with you!  Enjoy this set of photos that share a few highlights.

Take care,

Amber
