Welcome to the Westborough Public Schools

project graduation

Dear Westborough Colleagues and Families,
Spring is here! With the warmer temperatures melting all the snow away, it’s lovely to see the beginnings of early flowers sprouting up through the earth. In the schools, spring sports and spring concerts are now underway as well.
I would like to thank everyone who attended the recent Town Meeting, and for your continued support of our schools. At the meeting, voters approved the FY’23 School Budget, as well as several important articles that were brought forward to the town. These articles included the repair and upgrade of the Armstrong Playground to improve safety and accessibility, upgrade of the Hastings HVAC System, and replacement of the Armstrong School Walk-in freezer as well as two roof-top chillers at the High School.
I am also pleased to share the recently approved Strategic Plan for 2021-2026. The development of this plan has taken place over the past year, and is the result of collaboration and input from a wide ranging set of stakeholders from our schools and the community. The plan captures the commitment of the Westborough Public Schools to remain a vibrant and caring district that meets the needs of its faculty, families, and the Westborough community.
We look forward to what’s ahead!
