How to Access Absence Management Via Website, Mobile App, and Phone:

via Website
If you are not a substitute teacher:
http://login.frontlineeducation.com/sso/westborough
If you are logged into your school google account (e.g. gmail), you will not need to enter additional credentials to access Frontline Absence Management.  

If you are not logged into your school google account, or you are logged into multiple google accounts (e.g., school and home) when you access Frontline Absence Management, you will be prompted to select an account.  Choose your school email address, ending in @westboroughk12.org.

If you are a substitute teacher, login to Frontline Absence Management with this link, and using your Frontline ID:

via Mobile App
For a mobile (phone) app interface to Absence Management, search for and install Frontline Education Mobile App to your phone or device.  Upon opening the app, you will be prompted for a four-digit invitation code of 7354.

If you are not a substitute teacher, to Sign In, find the "Or Sign In with Organization SSO" link below the big white main Sign in box, and click it.  Sign in with your school email credentials.  Use your @westboroughk12.org email address as your username, and corresponding password.

If you ​are ​a substitute teacher, sign in using your Frontline ID using the big white main Sign in box.

There is a toll free phone interface to Absence Management at:
     800-942-3767
Most use the Web Site access, but if you would like to try the Phone interface, contact Doreen Rebh (mailto:[email protected]) to learn your ID and Pin.
Simply follow the voice menu to enter and manage absences and access other features.  We recommend that you call in to check the computer recording of your name and title.  To do this, press Option 5 and follow the prompts.
When entering an absence, please wait until you receive a confirmation number before you terminate the phone call.  Your transaction is not complete until you receive a confirmation number.
