Below you will find some awesome videos of Movement Breaks!  They range in length from 1 minute to 10 minutes.  Some are for specific grade levels, noted in parentheses.  With all of the time we all spend on screens, these can be really helpful!  Enjoy, get fit and be well!



1-2 Minute Moves!
