Welcome to the Westborough Public Schools

Covid-19 Updates
bochDear Colleagues and Families,

We are very excited to be returning our students and staff to full in-person learning. We’re in a good place as a community with regard to Covid case numbers, so this is a significant milestone for us to reach. The warmer weather is important as well because it provides a return to more outdoor learning opportunities. And, although we’ve certainly experienced both highs and lows during this past year, it feels good for faculty, students, and families to be getting back to a more normal school routine. We will keep you apprised of our progress through the FAQ document, which will continue to be updated at the end of each week up through our return from April Break.

This week the School Committee voted that Friday, June 18th will be the last day of school for students and that day will be a full day of school. The committee also supported us keeping Friday, May 7th as an early release date. This is a typically scheduled half day which we need to maintain for class placement planning and organization. Given the many transitions in staffing and the return of all remote students in the fall, this planning time will be essential.
