Full Day and Half Day Programs

Currently, the Westborough Public Schools provides a free half-day kindergarten program from 8:50 am to 11:55 am and a tuition-based full day option from 8:50 am to 3:05 pm.  Full-day tuition will be $3,400 next year unless citizens vote to change our program to a $0 tuition full-day program at the March 28th Westborough Town Meeting.  If the town votes for tuition-free kindergarten, then all students will attend our program from 8:50 am to 3:05 pm.

Since we do not yet know whether the program structure will change, we will not be asking you to choose full-day vs. half-day at this point. Until that decision is finalized it is important that you register your child for kindergarten.  If the town votes to keep the current structure of the kindergarten program, we will contact you in May to determine if you want your child to attend half-day at no cost or full-day with tuition.
